If your order has not been received within 30 days from lodgement at the post office due to a problem with delivery (except errors with the delivery address), Poet Tea will provide a replacement. Poet Tea reserves the right to change any pricing, product or offer without notice.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange, or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, or are different to the product purchased on the website. Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non-refundable. Should you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online, contact: customer ‘at’ poettea.com.
The customer is responsible for local import duties and taxes. The customer must ensure that the ordered tea (including ingredients) is not subject to any import regulations. Poet tea doesn’t take responsibility for delays due to customs or quarantine.
